Breathing, feeling and listening to your body while letting go of expectations, judgments and competition. Bring together all aspects of your body and mind through physical movements that are guided by your breath. The museum is a place of reflection, a place to find solace and to go inside as you look at the beauty around you. What better place to pair yoga with the arts? Bring a yoga mat or beach towel.
